Loss of revenue thru taxes will be a short term impact only and it will be compensated in the long term, considering the no. of direct and indirect employments that these SEZs will create. However, Govt. needs to formulate fair policy of land acquistion and effective rehabilitation package for the displaced and also have to monitor closely, so that SEZ is not misused for personal gains.
